Our first roofing experience with our 17 year old home. Found out our slopes/valleys were compromised along with 25 other roofing tiles that were cracked or completely broken. Grandmark Roofing came and did a thorough inspection, along with taking pictures of the problem areas and then sat down with us to address them all. They gave us a price on the spot and we felt it was very fair for the amount of work needed. They lifted tiles and found the compromised areas that were going to soon cause major problems and water damage.

After having repeat issues with the previous roofing contractor, we reached out to Grandmark based on online reviews and we were not disappointed.
the diagnosis and solution were better. we appreciated the attention to detail by the Crew- Miguel & Eduardo. they took their time to do a quality job and were not rushed at all which we really liked. Miguel also went above and beyond to solve an unrelated problem with the gutter. great experience all around.
