When you complete the inspection request form, call us, or send a message, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, and whatever you tell us about your roof. If you become a customer we also hold job records, photographs and video of your roof, quotes, invoices and payment records.

Information collected automatically. When you visit this site we collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, the site or advertisement that referred you, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Call information. Calls to the numbers shown on this site are routed through a call tracking service. That service records the number you called from, the number you dialed, the time and length of the call, and which advertisement or page you came from.

Financing applications. If you apply for financing, that application is made directly to a third-party lender. They collect your financial information under their own privacy policy, not ours.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Customer records, job documentation and warranty information are kept for as long as needed to honor the warranty and to meet legal, tax and licensing obligations, which in California generally means several years after the work is completed.

Security
