Most roofing companies give you one review number and leave it there. Here is the whole picture, including the parts that don’t flatter us.
Fresno has 714. That’s the anchor, it’s where we’ve worked longest, and it’s more than any other roofer working those neighborhoods. Sacramento has 200 and is growing quickly. Bakersfield has 69. Visalia has 21, because it’s our newest market and we’re not going to dress that up.
Added together that’s over a thousand on Google alone, at 4.8 stars. Add Yelp, Facebook and the BBB and it passes 1,200. We lead with the Google figure because Google is the one you’ll actually check, and we’d rather quote the number you can verify in ten seconds than the biggest one available.

Read the Bakersfield review again. She mentions the noise early in the morning catching her off guard, and that the job finished slightly later than estimated because of weather.
We left both in, because they’re true and because they’re useful. Crews start at seven in the morning — that’s what residential noise rules allow and it’s how a tear-off finishes before the afternoon heat. Day one is loud. And Valley weather does occasionally push a schedule.
A page of nothing but immaculate five-star reviews tells you somebody curated it. If we ever handle something badly, the fix is to say so and put it right — not to quietly leave that review off the website.

Are these reviews real?
Every one is public on a Google Business Profile, and each section links straight to the profile it came from. We trim for length where a review runs long, marked with an ellipsis, and we never change the wording inside the quote marks.
Why does Visalia only have 21 reviews?
Because it’s our newest market. The crews and the standard are the same as Fresno — there just hasn’t been as much time. We’d rather tell you that than average it away in one combined number.
Do you have reviews on anything other than Google?
Yes — Yelp, Facebook and the BBB as well, which is what takes the combined total past 1,200. We lead with the Google number because four public profiles are the easiest thing on this site for you to verify without taking our word for anything.
