SMS & Communications Consent

This page explains what text messages Grandmark Roofing sends, how you opt in, and how you stop them.

The short version: we text you about your own roof. We don’t sell your number, we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing, and you can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP.

How you opt in

You give consent by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted — on the inspection request form, over the phone, or in writing when we schedule work. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can work with Grandmark Roofing and never receive a single text.

What we send

Messages about your inspection or your job: confirming an appointment, telling you a crew is on the way, following up after an inspection, sending you a link to your video or your written quote, and letting you know about scheduling changes such as weather delays.

If you have asked us about a job we may follow up about it. We do not send unrelated marketing blasts.

How often

Message frequency varies with your job. A single inspection might generate two or three messages. A replacement in progress will generate more, because that is a job with several days of scheduling in it.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier under your own plan. We do not charge you for text messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You will get one confirmation message, and then nothing further.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or call us on the number below.

Opting out of texts does not cancel your job or stop us contacting you by phone or email about work that is already scheduled. If you would rather we only called, tell us and we will note it on your file.

To start again after opting out, tell us and we will re-enable messages for your number.

Who sees your number

Your number is held in our scheduling system and our call tracking system so we can route your call and message you about your job. It is shared with those service providers for that purpose only. We do not sell mobile numbers, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.

Calls

Calls to the numbers on this site are routed through a call tracking service so we know which advertisement or page brought you to us. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and training. If a call is being recorded you will be told at the start, and you can ask us not to record.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.
