How do I know which service I need?
You don’t have to. Book the inspection and we’ll tell you — on video, with the failure on screen, before anyone mentions a price. Guessing from a website is how people end up buying the wrong job.
Is the inspection really free?
For homeowners, yes. No charge, no obligation, and you keep the video whether or not you hire us. The one exception is an inspection for a real estate transaction, which is $299.
Do you do all of this with your own crews?
Yes. We don’t subcontract roofing work out, except where a scope genuinely requires a specialist trade. The crew that starts your roof is the crew that finishes it.
What if I need two of these at once?
Common, and it’s usually cheaper together. Solar removal bundled into a replacement, ventilation corrected during a tile restoration, gutters handled while we’re up there. We’ll price it as one job.
